The idea behind SkinnyWeek is simple; we provide accountability and camaraderie to members, regardless of the weight loss method they prefer.
It comes to life in the form of weekly weigh-ins and meetings. Our meetings energize, engage, and leave you feeling stronger than when you arrived. We offer our own calorie-based method and app, but will support any app or plan you would like to use. Our member materials will help you celebrate and keep you moving toward your Destination.
